The car was driven thought out the day and on one of the last stops, the car was shut off for 10-15minutes. When we tried to start it... the car would not turn over. All the interior lights worked along with the entertainment screen. The lights flickered on the instrument cluster and the entertainments lights flickered. Car had to be towed to dealer. When the Subaru roadside assistance showed up there were not able to shift into neutral AND DRAGGED THE CAR ONTO Roll back. I was not present but other family members were that did not know better.
NOTE: There is a removable plug near shift knob where you can insert screwdriver and shift into neutral without electronics. Very disappointed in service. The dealer said they could find nothing wrong. However, 4 days later the car shut down while driving and nearly caused a wreck.
