I LOVED this car up until the Infotainment system started acting up. This car is the 4th of 5 Subarus I've had. Maybe the last if I can't get a solution from Subaru.
I kind of found some workarounds but that won't help me if I try to trade-in or sell the car. It will probably drop the value by $2500 to $3500.
I've checked recalls and there was one in 2019 but I was never informed. I believe there is a class action suit but it's for 2019 vehicles and newer.
Research shows that dealer attempts to repair or replace, or update software doesn't always work or will not last. I only hope that the backup camera doesn't stop working.
I AM the original owner of this car and have not moved since I bought it.
