I have recently contacted my dealer, they tell me it is bird droppings staying on the car. I have faithfully washed this car. I am trying now to contact Subaru themselves and hoping they can come up with a better answer. I am wondering if anyone else has seen defective paint or clear coat on their 2013 Legacy??? Where do I go from here, if I don't fix it I'm afraid it will further damage the exterior of the car and certainly drop the value for future trade/sale.
