Any speed over 55-60 mph, vehicle will shimmy/shake/sway and is difficult and uncomfortable to keep in lane. Problem is amplified 3-fold when there is a slight breeze or following/ passing large vehicle. I believe problem has lead to premature wear of tires and hub assembly. There is no way that this should be considered safe.
