Brand New 2022 Impreza, all maintenance up to date and easy driving conditions, about 26K miles so far. Have had car in twice already for malfunctions with head unit (aka infotainment unit which handles radio, Bluetooth, CD's, USB music - located in the center of the dashboard) and have another svc appt this month. Screen freezes or turns black, speaker had a sudden, LOUD distorted sound come out of it unexpectedly. Radio has jumped around by itself to different stations and the Sirius mode, even though not subscribed to. At last appointment dealership did a software update and system reset. Sound system I have is the standard issue one, not the upgrade. If I have time, will loop back and insert complaints for the other two times I went to dealership with problems re this part of the car, also. Will have to go back and look up service records for dates on those. Disappointing in my first brand new car I ever bought. Getting close to my 3 yrs/36K warranty expiration. I always thought Subaru had a stellar reputation for reliability - this is my first Subaru, but it's not living up to the hype....
