Took car in for 2020 Subaru defective fuel pump recall in August. Not sure if current issue is related to that recall. Currently waiting on part that's on order. Mechanics said the job to fix the hose will be quite extensive - entire gas tank has to be removed to replace part. Car is still under original manufacture warranty.
