The volume of incoming calls on the Bluetooth speaker is so loud that it scares me and is really a safety concern. Basically any calls to my cellphone while driving cause the ringer on the car speaker to be so loud that it greatly startles anyone in the car. There is no switch to permanently lower the incoming ringer volume that works. There is a ringer volume adjustment on the touch screen but it only adjusts it for the moment and the change does not stay. The next time someone calls the ringer is back to dangerous levels. I brought the car back to the dealership I purchased it from and they could not find a solution to the problem. I also called Subaru USA and they acknowledged that it was a problem and that they had no solution for it at the present as well. They were initially surprised to hear about this issue but the representative from Subaru USA said she had the same year model and that the issue happens on her car too. To date I have not been contacted with a solution.
