Same issue happened a week after getting my car back. It is once again at Subaru without even 5000 miles on it for same issue they cannot seem to fix. I had a little chat with the Service mgr who said they would call me by 5pm Monday, January 29 with an answer to what was wrong. NO CALL, as was like the last time they had it for 23 days. I called them on Tuesday, January 30 and was told a Subaru Field Service Engineer would be there for my car.
I had enough, called Subaru Corporate, filed a complaint and they referred a Service rep to call me. Found out from her that not only was there NO Field Service Engineer coming that week for my car, he was at a training, he is not even coming here but assisting over the phone!!! GEEZ...I have now called the Customer Service lady and not heard another word.
It is Monday, February 12, 2018, they have had my car another 17 days and no communication again what so ever. YUP that is 40 days total for a car I am saving for plates that are due in June and making payments but am not driving. They do give a loaner but really, it is not MY CAR. GEEZ. I am checking into the Lemon Law now. Really expected A LOT MORE from SUBARU. Very disappointing.
