After taking my car to Subaru Dealer 3 times they finally fixed issue by replacing practically everything. Told me it was fixed, on drive home not working. In July 2019 it was repaired. It worked until April of 2020. Now I have one side blowing hot air and other side blowing cold. So sick of this and other issue I don't think I would ever buy another Subaru. I live in Florida and have to use a/c practically every day. Even though I was under warranty they charged me for diagnostics -- but they didn't fix it. Actually took 4 visits to have it fixed. They charge more than any other repair service and can't figure it out.
I would never go back to a dealership. Not worth the aggravation and cost. I will being the a/c back since I still have it under warranty, but I won't give them another dime.
