SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION
This was a terrifying incident when all I wanted to do was pull my car into the garage. Over a distance of 20-25', the car accelerated - with my foot on the brake the whole time - so fast that it totaled the trailer that it hit at the back of the garage. The trailer was hit with so much force that it punched a hole in the garage wall. I was shaken for hours afterward and really upset that Subaru took no responsibility.
My attorney couldn't join the NJ class action suit and basically said it was a David vs Goliath situation that would be very expensive to pursue. I'm not quite ready to let this go. Suggestions for next steps are welcome.
