I bought this car certified Subaru pre-owned w/only approx. 15,000 Miles on the car.
Since night one I thought my low beams were out of aim.
I took the car to check this and the head lights were found to be properly aimed, I was shocked, as the low beams barley light above the road way and throw a very short beam. The high beams are very good oddly enough.
I tried putting more intense bulbs in the car, they helped some but the sharp aim of the projector beams limits any improvement.
I find myself having to use and waste my fog lights on clear nights, just to get a half decent view of the road.
Major safety issue.
Another very common complaint that I share w/others only to have Subaru turn their back, esp. on such important safety issues.
If those low beams are aimed to the proper specs. Than Subaru has some serious engineering problems and when finally brought to their attention , it just doesn't seem to care.
Losing my long time love for Subaru fast!
