2002 Subaru Impreza recall notice. Consumer states that the hatch strut broke and ripped out when she was just lifting the tailgate. Causing the tailgate to land on her head which resulted in a mild concussion. The consumer stated a recall had been issued for the defect. Recall # 08V135000.
