I have to park this car under an oak tree. In the fall it drops a HUGE number of acorns. There are 6 condos where I live. All have big, old oak trees with lots of acorns in the fall. My other car is a Toyota Sienna. My neighbor has A Corolla and a Nissan Pathfinder. His neighbor has a Honda CRV and a Nissan Altima. His neighbor has a Infinity Q35 and a Toyota Sequa. His neighbor has a Honda Civic and a Subaru Outback.
Not one of these other cars has dents on their hoods. Just my new Subaru Forrester. I can only assume that My Subaru is made out of the cheapest, thinnest metal they could find in order to raise the MPG.
I think Subaru owes me a new hood. Hope someone out there has had a successful resolution to the problem.
