The paint on my car is so thin that any little brush up or anything rubbing against the paint shows it! I owned my other 2003-2016 Subaru and did not have this problem. Paint is dull and don't shine like it should. Prior owner shared with the dealer but as usual Subaru came back with no fixes.
Now I am really disappointed with this - and it was a factory flaw!
