Several times I have had stripped wheel lug studs when rotating tires. This is the part that sticks out from the car, that the wheel rims fit onto, and are secured with lug nuts. The lug nuts appear to be rusted to the wheel lug studs and cause the part to become stripped when rotating tires requires removing/replacing lug nuts. I am tired of replacing these parts and it appears to be a manufacturing defect. It is not the cost, it is the hour or so I have to sit in the waiting room each time it happens while the shop goes out to buy replacement studs and or lugs. Subaru should admit the problem and issue a recall or product improvement campaign.
