carr self-accelerated while in reverse causing accident
My girlfriend was backing our 2010 Subaru Forrester out of the driveway and the car suddenly took off like a rocket. She claims the brakes were barely effective against the self-acceleration and the only thing that stopped the car was the neighbors house. The car is probably totaled, my girlfriends back is killing, and I have to wait until Monday for my insurance company to open!
