One very cold, snowy, icy morning I went to put something in the back of my Forester and the right side arm broke off! It took my son probably a half hour to get the arm off so I could close my hatch. $150 later we had a new arm.
I think Subaru needs to not skimp on their parts. At that point I had owned this car for less than a year.
