Randomly and sporadically, regardless of fuel tank's level of fill or last time of refuel, smell of gasoline is quite noticeable, even more so if vehicle is garaged. I have checked for fuel cap tightness, lifted and crawled under vehicle and searched under hood to visibly inspect for leaks and found no leaks or visible evidence of leaks. I am a former service adviser at an auto dealership, so I believe I know where to look.
