rotors eat the brake pads
Did not own it long and noticed something funny about the brakes.
thought it was just how it felt at first until it started taking me a long time to stop and pushing the brake pedal more did not make it feel like it wanted to stop any faster. after work i put it on the hoist took off the tires and noticed all 4 rotors had eaten into brand new brake pads gouging them beyond use on new rotors. I do drive on the highway daily but never had this happen on previous cars. so i replaced all rotors and pads to the tune of $400 not even a year later the same thing is happened but this time braking was not reduced traded in the forester as i did not want to spend more money on the brakes. not sure if any one else had brake problems on their forester. this was definitely annoying.
