I had purchased my Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness and was in love with it on the first day or two (and still am). Not even 2 days after purchase, I noticed that my horn was malfunctioning and would only work sporadically. I had brought it to the dealer I got it from, and mentioned that there was an issue, they recognized the problem, used my warranty and had updated "cockpit" modules and various other things with a new horn that they had ordered. Even after all that process, I still have issues with my horn. If I am cut off on the road, which happens a lot because I live near a major city, my horn is absolutely useless and it's a MAJOR safety concern. The dealer had told me to write complaint(s) to corporate and I have yet to hear anything back from them. So here I am letting anyone else know that if they have the same issue that I'm having, then bring it up and talk about it!
