The radio suddenly stopped picking up stations in my 2021 Crosstrek. Then we noticed the trunk area! A rodent chewed through the roof and seatbelt port after chewing through the radio antenna wiring harness. They got into the spare wheel well too and chewed up the foam in there.
We found scat under the manifold cover as well but no engine wiring damage (yet).
$2900 damage to the car with no reason to suspect this won't ever happen again. Getting coyote urine from Amazon wasn't on my 2023 bingo card...
