It's very annoying when an android or apple phone plug into the car while using the gps navigation on the dash has never been working properly. It lost connection on and off. It's never consistent. I work for 10 to 15 minutes and auto lost connection and the gps on dash disappear. Unplugged and replug the phone and worked for another 15-30 minutes and disconnected again.
I took it to the shop several times, and I was instructed to start the car first then plug in the phone and unplug the phone before turn off the engine. I have been doing that but it didn't help. The issues remain the same as before.
