On the morning of Thursday, June 6th, 2019, I was greeted by a steady stream of water leaking out of the Eyesight housing onto the center panel next to the seat heaters. I took a few pictures for proof then continued to proceed towards work (no time to take the day off to have my car looked at.) On the remainder of my ride, the Eyesight housing continued to leak spilling water all over the X-Mode button, the seat heaters, my transmission shift lever, and my belongings.
On the afternoon of Friday, June 7th, 2019, I took my vehicle to the dealership after finishing up a few things at work to show them the pictures and have them look at my car. They sprayed some water on it and checked the moonroof drainage system, all of which came back clean. Once again, that is the extent of their expertise; "come back when it leaks again." As, apparently, there are no troubleshooting steps at Subaru dealerships nor are there any process of elimination attempts, as in (the roof does not have any rusted out holes, the moonroof drainage system is not clogged, AH! It must be the weather seal around the moonroof!) Nope, just the classic Subaru one-liner, "come back when it happens again."
