I am writing in order to complaint about the service, which the representation of Seat here in Greece, is NOT providing.
The 15th of the July I first applied for a problem that I had with my car to the brunch, which owns Mr Drettakis Panagiotis and is placed in the Vouliagmenis 101, in Glyfada here in Greece. The problem is that the left back lamp of my car (which is for the brakes) stopped working and after a little while the right stopped working too. As you understand these problems make my driving unsafe and hazardous. The first time (before ONE MONTH) that I applied to the brunch they told me that I have to wait so they get the part from the factory. Of course I understand that this will take some time.
The problem is that after my first visit in the brunch I called for a numerous of times to be serviced but unfortunately I didnt have the interest that I was waiting from them. All this time they were telling me that I should call again and that they will have the lamp in a date, which they never had. I even gave them my phone number to call me when they will have it but I never heard of them. Today (12th of August) I called again and an employee told me that he doesnt know about my problem and that the other employees are on vacation (I think that when an employee going on vacation has to inform somebody else about the responsibilities that have to be taken care). The issue is that he didnt seem to want to assist me too. When I told him to see if they have the part that I had to repair he told me that he couldnt see because he was doing a lunch brake (I called at 12:30 a. m.).
My displeasure is about the way that they confronted me all this time giving me unacceptable excuses and also that they never showed the interest that they should show for a costumer.
