The contact owns a 2014 Scion Xb. The contact stated that the brake pedal was applied however was lose. The vehicle failed to stop and crashed into a vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated. There were no reported injuries. The air bags did not deploy. The contact called markquart Toyota (1844 commercial blvd, chippewa falls, wi 54729(715) 834-4440) but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 13,000. The VIN was not available.
