The contact owns a 2008 Toyota Scion Xb. The contact started the ignition and applied pressure to the brake pedal, followed by an unintended forceful acceleration. The driver side floor mat was underneath the brake pedal, and it covered the accelerator pedal surface. The engine was turned off immediately.
