2010 saturn vue steering wheel lock unable too start. dealer said to be honest cannot be fixed that the way it works.

2010 saturn vue steering wheel locked. service manager at dealership said that's the way it works. beloit wi. we could replace the cylinder key lock but that would not fix the problem. that would cost $380.00.
