Summary

SATURN: IN SOME RARE CASES, THE REAR BRAKE LIGHTS REMAIN ON WITH THE KEY OFF. UPON INSPECTION IT IS FOUND THAT ALTHOUGH THE LOWER OUTBOARD BRAKE LIGHT ARE ON, THE HIGH MOUNTED STOP LAMP REMAINS OFF. *PE
