Noisy at acceleration. with my foot on gas pedal, feels as if exhaust manifold is blocked.

This noise was sooooo bad i could barely stand to drive my car. I had the radio up almost full and i could still hear this loud spinning noise over on the right side. Brought it to the shop and they told me it was a Inner shaft on the rt passenger axle area. Cant remember the full name but it was a unique part that of course only saturn sold. Im seriously pissed off by this time. Get it fixed 5/15/08.....thank god.
