The contact owns a 2003 Saturn Vue. The locks and latches on the passenger and driver side doors cannot be opened from the inside. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic, and he realigned the doors' track. However when it rains the doors will not open. Upon contacting the dealer, a technician concluded that she would have to pay $80 for a diagnostic fee. The failure mileage was 74,000.
