The contact owns a 2008 Saturn Sky. The contact stated that the door handle fractured from the vehicle. The failure previously occurred on the passenger side of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to louisville hawkeye Chevrolet where it was diagnosed that the door handle needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and started an investigation. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000.
