The car developed a severe vibration in both the body of the vehicle felt through the seats and in the steering wheel. The Saturn dealership had the car in 6 times and was never able to fix the problem. They did everything from align the car, balance the tires, replace all of the tires, replace the wheels, replace the tires again after they stated a belt was bad and so on. Each time I got the car back, they said it was repaired. As soon as I got the car out on the road, the vibration was still there. It usually appeared between 55-65mph. The steering wheel would sometimes vibrate so bad that it was actually uncomfortable to hold it. Finally I had enough and contacted a lemon law attorney. In the end, Saturn agreed to send me a check in an amount I was satified with and I dropped the case. I sold the car and bought a Honda. Saturns policy of "People First" may be accurate, the problem is the people they are talking about is Saturn not the customer. Don't ever buy a Saturn as it is probably the worst car on the market... check Consumer Reports.
