My trunk fills with water if I go through a car wash. I didn't notice for a while because I rarely use the trunk. The dealer said it was due to broken seals, it wasn't under warranty and would cost about $300 dollars. I don't have $300 dollars. The car has never been in a accident so there shouldn't be a problem with the seals under it.
