The contact owns a 2008 Saturn Astra. The contact stated that the horn failed to activate. The dealer stated that the cim clamp needed to be repaired. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred a month later. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was repaired again. The failure mileage was 16,000.
