The contact owns a 2007 Saab 9-3. the contact stated that the floor mat has grooves that are supposed to anchor down onto the floor. However, the grooves will not latch and causes the floor mat to get stuck underneath both pedals. The current mileage is 2,650, and the failure mileage was unknown.
