I have a 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero V6 Convertible, The Brake Pressure is extremely low during cold start, the vehicle has the same issue when you accelerate and immediately need to slow down. I have had numerous occasions when I have backed out from cold start up and almost hit other vehicles, the car simply would not come to a complete stop pressing the brake pedal. I have also been in numerous occasions when I have accelerated and had to slow down immediately to avoid collisions, and the brake pressure was extremely low and have come within inches from having collisions.

Now, I am an extremely safe driver and I'm always looking around for the unseen, so for an average normal driver collisions would have happened every time the brakes had failed....there must becall on this issue, because it is certainly a defect in the braking system which could cause serious injury or death...
