I had a problem with my car and when it was towed back to the Renault dealer, they told me the clutch has burn, to my surprise. How does a clutch burn on a car that is not even a year old and is not even due for its first service? I even told them that this is not my first car and I never experience such a thing on my first car. Renault does not want to accept the fact that this is their manufacturer problem and they told me that it's not even covered on warranty. The after sales service of Renault is utter disgusting.
