Called the local Dealer, Monroeville Dodge 15146, where I bought it in Nov. 2017, brand new. They were no help and said they couldn't look at it till the 22nd of this month. It's a work vehicle, I bought it for my HVAC business.......it's NEW...that's why I buy new trucks.....to make a living....for reliability! Oy vey........I know things happen but there is NO excuse for the dealer to tell me they couldn't look at it for 3 weeks! I have been in business for 40 years and bought many trucks and never was treated like this. I have the vehicle at a local shop now as it needs to be inspected and routine maintenance and if they find it's a major repair that a dealer has to do under warranty I will find another dealer for that. Not to mention the danger of it quitting while I was driving along the road...My last Ram vehicle for sure. OK, I'm done now.
