The contact owns a 2016 Ram Promaster 3500. While driving at an unknown speed, a headlight failed to illuminate. The contact continued to drive and, thirty miles later, the other headlight also failed. The vehicle was taken to hartville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (900 E bobo newsom hwy, hartville, SC 29550) where the technician informed the contact that the headlight bulbs were blown and needed to be replaced. The headlight bulbs were replaced, but the failure recurred several times. The contact stated that the headlights failed at least once per month. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 48,000.
