The contact owns a 2015 Ram Promaster 2500. While driving approximately 70 mph, the vehicle experienced an electrical failure and the headlights stopped working. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. An unknown dealer was contacted and stated that, since there was no recall on the vehicle, the contact would be financially responsible for the repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and forwarded the call to NHTSA. The failure mileage was 315,199....updated 11/21/17
