Brakes squeal very loudly when stopping, to the point that everyone turns around and looks at us. Kids cover their ears. I am very surprised that Dodge has not make this a recall item. Bite the bullet and fix this issues, as there have been several people reporting it online. New brake pads might be the solution?

This is the second van in our fleet that is making the noise. The Dodge dealer replaced pads on the other van but it did not fix the problem, so we are waiting on this one until they decide what to do with the first one.
