transmission/transfer case explosion

Dealership is trying to help and gather information on the truck, before the transmission/transfer case explosion I had called in about the vibrating in the truck and was told to replace the new rear tires that just had been installed, we did, same problem and was then told it could be a sensor? I'm thinking a carrier bearing or something with the driveshaft so I said I would bring it in for them to look at, this dealership has done all the Maintenace on the truck from the get go. The morning I was having the truck taken in the truck started vibrating really bad then exploited on the freeway losing transmission fluids and fuel and banging on the floor boards like I had lost a driveshaft, destroyed the frame so bad that nobody will say its repairable this will require a new frame. After talking with the head service manager with no luck and losing money without a truck I looked to see if this was an on-going problem with Dodge with the same issues that were being called in on. i Checked online typed in 2017 5500 Dodge transfer case problems and seeing that the trucks are under investigation I was pissed that the service manager or dealership wasn't aware before this happened. So I called back the Head serviced manager and asked if Dodge knew they had a problem with the trucks why wasn't a recall sent out on the trucks or if anybody called in with this vibration problem, they would know in advance to fix it before it was unfixable!!! At this point they should buy back this truck and provide the lost income for a problem they knew about and didn't say anything. Dodge or anybody selling new trucks should be honest to the customers they sell to. I'll see if they will stand by the 100,000-mile powertrain warranty.
