For MY16 DS, DJ, DD, DP, D2 trucks. Prior to replacing a Power Sliding Backlight
Cable Assembly, please contact Marc Galli by cell phone at (248) 941-8402 as he
would like to gather information. In addition, if the dealership is within the Metro
Detroit Area, Marc would like to analyze the vehicle in person prior to it being
repaired. If Marc cannot be contacted within 15 minutes, please provide pictures of
the inside lower rail of the glass to confirm (2 passenger side and 1 driver side)
cable clips are fully seated as well as pictures of the (2) regulator motor cable spring
plungers to confirm they are also seated. Then proceed with the repair. Please
