50 Gallon Fuel Tank Reconfiguration
This bulletin involves inspecting the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) configuration data and performing the enable 50 gallon tank routine in wiTECH.
Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set:P0461 - Fuel Level Sensor 1 Performance(Set in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM)).
