I have a 2018 Ram 3500 dually with 4.10 gearing and max tow package. This truck will not get out of its own way from a stop. This condition creates a huge safety issue when needing to cross traffic because of the huge lag in throttle response, you push on the fuel pedal and start your move and it just sits there. Searching the internet for Ram and dead pedal will bring up many complaints. You need to drive this truck like a greyhound buss, in fact, the bus might accelerate quicker. I did not buy this truck to drag race and could care less about how fast it is. I just want to get across the intersections in a safe manner.
