The Uconnect system randomly freezes up, most of the time in the middle of using the Navigation system or CarPlay linked devices when you really need it most. I have been to the Dealer and all they did was reset my system. There is no way to reboot it hard when this happens except to disconnect the power. I'm not a mechanic so this is annoying and potentially dangerous because of the distraction while driving.
