We keep getting airbag service light come on every time we crank the truck.. we have taken it to the dealership 3X now and they have finally found the issue (of course it is out of warranty at this point. But it is the orc sensor that has shorted out. This is a known recall on many other vehicles. But mine has now shorted out with no "current" recall.

The contact owned a 2017 Ram 3500. The contact stated that while driving at 50 mph, another vehicle was crashed into and the air bags failed to deploy. The contact did not recollect the events that occurred that lead to the crash. The contact sustained fractured knees, a head injury due to the impact their head came in contact with the windshield, and a back injury that required medical attention. In addition, the other driver of the vehicle crashed into sustained neck injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was totaled. The contact called findlay Chrysler Dodge 10305 U.S. 224 West findlay, oh 45840 (419) 423-1715 where they told the contact to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and possibly open a case for the failure. The failure mileage was 69,000. Photos attached.
