Rear window defroster quit working. I brought it into the dealership and they looked at it and sent me home with the truck still not repaired. I was told they had to do some research. Would that be to google why does this man's defroster not work? Then the service writer never did get back to me on it. I had earlier written a beef on the nav/radio system going out and I was told up to 6 weeks for a new one. I just got off the phone with RAM, the dealership service dpt is screwed up, RAM is following up to make sure everything is taken care of on Thursday. I will keep my fingers crossed
