The problem has not been resolved. I took the the truck in as the key would not come out of the ignition switch at times. I would have to start and stop the truck (engine) several times before the key and into the position where the key could b removed. Of course when I took it to the dealer the key would not turn off other way again so I left it there and went in to service person who we advised. Another person got in the truck and started it and drove off . I have had the truck in twice now for the same problem they can't find the problem. I drive commercially so when I get stopped for a road check I hope the dealer will apy my tickets.
