The contact owns a 2014 Ram 3500 equipped with nexen rodian ht xrx5 tires, size: LT235/80/R17 (na). While driving at various speeds, the vehicle shook. The contact noticed that both front tires experienced tread separation. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and the tires were replaced. The failure recurred to the rear passenger tire. The rear passenger tire was not replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The manufacturer stated that the tires were entry level tires and should not be on the vehicle. The approximate vehicle and tire failure mileage was 6,500.
